Job summary

GIP Atlantic Canada Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage client projects from quotation through execution and turnover, working closely with Engineering and Operations teams across our Technical Solutions business.

You will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, strong client relationships, and operational efficiency. The role requires hands-on, client-facing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology programs (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on, client-facing experience in a technical services environment.
• Strong project coordination with budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work with internal teams and external clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing client projects end-to-end, from quotation through execution, delivery, and turnover
• Preparing quotations, project documentation, and client reporting
• Coordinating with procurement, field service, and production teams to ensure timely execution
• Monitoring project budgets and schedules and supporting billing and reporting requirements
• Supporting quality control through documentation, internal reviews, and compliance with applicable standards
• Assisting with project close-out, including turnover packages and quality documentation
• Maintaining technical familiarity with relevant standards and product/service offerings (ex. CSA, ASME)
