Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a hands-on digital marketer who can own multiple DTC Google Ads accounts end to end. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, presenting plans and results, auditing campaigns, and driving incremental growth across brand and non-brand strategies.

You’ll manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages, defend your decisions with data, and work remotely with teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend.
• Strong client communication and transparent reporting.
• Ability to defend decisions with data and rationale.
• Experience optimizing campaigns across brand and direct channels.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer and client contact.
• Present results, plans and reasoning directly to clients.
• Audit accounts before changes: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health.
• Manage Brand vs Non-brand separately to optimize growth and efficiency.
• Monitor PMax and identify its true contribution vs brand lift.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto recommendations and sitelinks.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene, titles and promotions.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build landing pages or scripts as needed.
• Build scalable frameworks and landing pages to remove constraints.
