Eucalyptus Canada is seeking a seasoned Google Ads expert to lead search growth across the Google ecosystem for a rapidly expanding digital health brand. You’ll own strategy and execution spanning Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube and Gmail to drive scalable, compliant growth in a regulated industry.

Collaborating with design, analytics and engineering, you’ll optimize CTR, CVR and ROAS, lead landing page experiments, and translate data into actionable recommendations for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on search/paid media work with Google campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads and automation features (e.g., Performance Max).
• Proven ability to design and interpret landing page experiments.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in regulated industries and navigating compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Canada Google Search growth strategy across all formats.
• Monitor platform changes, policy updates, and healthcare advertising compliance.
• Lead A/B and multivariate landing page testing and derive insights.
• Collaborate with design, analytics, and engineering to improve CTR, CVR, ROAS.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Report performance with Google Analytics, Search Console and Looker Studio.
• Coordinate budget allocation with Allocation & Performance Managers.
• Promote a culture of experimentation across the funnel.
• Align messaging and execution with product, marketing and design teams.
