Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business, or related field (or in progress).
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and sourcing methodologies.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Conduct Boolean and keyword searches to identify potential talent.
• Support talent pipelines for recurring roles.
• Send initial outreach messages and follow up with candidates.
• Support diversity sourcing initiatives and employer branding.
• Assist with market research and talent mapping.
• Coordinate internship programs, career fairs, and university partnerships in North America.
• Assist recruiters and HR with various projects.
