Job summary

SEGULA Technologies in Montreal seeks a Mid-Level Recruiter specialized in Engineering and Technical Talent Acquisition to join our team. You will recruit engineers and technical professionals across automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, and industrial engineering sectors, managing full-cycle recruitment and building strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting engineers and technical professionals.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering consulting, or industrial environments preferred.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and technical positions.
• Source and recruit engineers across disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Aerospace, and Quality.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards, and networking to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess technical experience, industry background, and overall fit.
• Build talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill engineering positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and concise assessments.
• Support offers, salary discussions, and candidate closing.
