Job summary

Nakisa is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for software engineers, IT, and product roles in Montreal. You’ll build pipelines, run outbound searches, and partner with managers to move candidates through intake, interviews, and offers. You’ll also grow our employer brand and campus programs with Montréal universities.

You’ll use AI-assisted sourcing, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter to scale recruitment while maintaining high-quality outcomes in a privacy-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment, agency or in-house, with hires you sourced yourself and carried through to offer.

Responsibilities

• Build and own outbound pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub and AI assistants.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for your portfolio: intake, screening, interview loops, offers and close.
• Screen technical candidates against a structured rubric, telling a backend specialist from a generalist.
