Qualifications

• BC Certification required for teaching
• Experience in elementary education and classroom management
• Proven ability to teach ADST, Career Education and K-7 prep coverage
• Ability to work with multi-age groups and diverse learning styles
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with staff, students and parents
• Knowledge of evidence-based literacy assessments and RTI systems
• Ability to embed Indigenous culture and local ways of knowing into teaching
