Job summary

Innovasea, Bedford Nova Scotia, seeks a repair-focused technician to ensure customer systems operate at peak performance. You will troubleshoot and repair returned electronic equipment, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates for tracking and reporting.

In addition to repair work, you’ll deliver strong customer support by email and phone, and collaborate with Sales and Engineering on product assembly, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in electronic repair.
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Ocean tech.
• Office and field work capable.
• Experience with environmental monitoring equipment.
• First aid training.

Responsibilities

• Assess, troubleshoot, and repair incoming equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone.
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering on product assembly and QA.
• Maintain repair records in internal database and reporting.
