Job summary

Gerrie Electric Wholesale Ltd. is seeking a project coordination/administration professional to support the Project Service team in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

You will document delivery, collaborate with suppliers and engineers, and assist with change orders and invoicing to ensure profitability and strong customer relations. The role emphasizes high school and college electrical knowledge, JD Edwards exposure, and collaboration across branches in Ontario.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College Diploma in Electrical discipline preferred; related knowledge is a plus.
• PM certification is an asset.
• Experience with electrical products and quotations is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery to contractors with Project Service team.
• Assist with mitigating project disputes and apply proven practices in coordination.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products and maintain cost controls.
• Prepare change orders, process billings, and amend purchase orders.
• Provide project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
