Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years in electrical/lighting/industrial industry
• Experience preparing quotations or coordinating customer projects
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Attention to detail and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities
