Job summary

Westburne in Burnaby, BC, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to build relationships with customers by handling product inquiries, orders and quotes, reporting to the Branch Manager.

You will support field sales and project teams, service customers by phone and email daily, and strive for high-quality service while balancing multiple tasks.

The role requires 1–2 years inside/counter sales experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years inside/counter sales experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work well under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Directly service customers via phone & email daily.
• Process orders, inquiries & quotations every day.
• Consistently achieve a high level of customer service.
• Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required.
• Make follow-up calls to customers on all quotations.
• Make at least four outbound calls per day to various customers to solicit additional business.
• Assist customers with any inquiries regarding ecommerce.
