Summary

We are seeking two Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, initiating conversations, understanding their needs, and sparking interest in our solutions. Your efforts will help fill the sales pipeline, book discovery calls, and prepare our Account Executives for success. If you are goal-oriented, relationship-driven, and excited about growth in tech sales, this role is ideal for you.

What You’ll Do
  1. Reach out to potential clients via lead lists, cold calls, and personalized emails, making impactful first contacts.
  2. Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  3. Understand each prospect’s challenges and demonstrate how we can assist.
  4. Fuel the sales pipeline through your outreach, contributing to company growth.
  5. Schedule meetings and calls between prospects and Account Executives to advance deals.
  6. Stay informed about our latest offerings, industry trends, and competitors to maintain effectiveness.
  7. Collaborate with Sales Leaders, providing regular updates on progress and results.
  8. Respond empathetically and knowledgeably to inquiries, practicing active listening.
  9. Assist in developing SOPs and establishing sales best practices.
Who You Are
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a BDR or similar client-facing role.
  • A natural communicator who excels at relationship-building.
  • Resilient and goal-driven, not discouraged by rejection.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and career-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in SaaS; experience with MSPs is a plus.
  • Familiar with Hubspot or similar CRMs is advantageous.
  • Motivated to work diligently and develop professionally.
