Based on our continued growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Representative for Gogh Solutions. While this position is 100% remote, we are looking to expand our team in Canada

Role overview:

As a member of Gogh Solutions, The Business Development Representative (BDR) will support our sales and marketing efforts. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and collaborating closely with our marketing team to execute impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about building strong pipelines through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and industry platforms.
  • Engage with prospects via cold calling, emailing, and social selling techniques.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of outreach to ensure steady lead pipeline growth.

Qualifying and Discovering Prospects

  • Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and needs.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Schedule and facilitate discovery calls or handoff to the sales team.

CRM Management – IFS Cloud

  • Accurately enter and update all leads, contacts, and opportunities in the IFS Cloud CRM system.
  • Ensure all data is current and detailed to enable effective sales forecasting and reporting.

Collaboration with Marketing

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide feedback from the field to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of webinars, email campaigns, and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms; familiarity with IFS Cloud is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Passion for sales, technology, and customer engagement.
