Job summary

CPA Ontario is seeking an Education Coordinator on a 6-month contract to support CPA Pre-Certification students. You will resolve complex inquiries, coordinate enrolment and examination processes, and drive operational excellence with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include testing enrolment functionality, refining student communications, and strengthening data integrity across systems. The role emphasizes professional service and process improvements in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma required; 2+ years in admin or program support preferred in regulated/professional environments.
• Strong problem-solving ability with sound judgment and thoughtful solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and data integrity across systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Salesforce or similar database systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in complex or escalated situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex student inquiries and escalations with accurate resolutions.
• Test enrolment functionality, system enhancements, and key processes; document outcomes.
