Job summary

Mind Games in Markham, Ontario is seeking an experienced eCommerce Order Processor to join our team on a contractual basis through the end of December. This role is on-site, five days a week, with a pay rate of CAD 20.00–22.00 per hour and an immediate start.

You will process orders, maintain listings, manage PO entries, and collaborate with internal teams using Shopify, NetSuite, and Excel. Prior experience with Shopify and NetSuite is preferred, with strong accuracy and organizational skills a

• Minimum 3 years of eCommerce listing and/or order-processing experience.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with order creation, product/item listings, and PO entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• On-site availability, 5 days per week, immediate start.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently.
