Job summary

Mind Games is seeking an experienced eCommerce Order Processor at our Markham location to manage online orders and product listings. The role requires 3+ years in eCommerce, Shopify and NetSuite experience, strong Excel skills, and an immediate start; on-site work five days a week from 9:00 to 5:00.

This contract position runs until the end of December, with on-site requirements and a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of eCommerce listing and/or order-processing experience.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work on-site, 5 days per week.
• Immediate start.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience working with Shopify.

• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience with order creation, product/item listings, and PO entry.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be available to work on-site, 5 days per week.

• Must be available for an immediate start.
