Kids & Company is seeking a compassionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 to support children's development through an Emergent Curriculum. You will document, assess, and communicate with families while collaborating with specialists to promote well-being and growth.

Qualifications

• ECE Level 2 Certification required.
• Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR Level B certification.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds.

• Meet all classroom ratios as outlined.
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development workshops.
