Kids & Company in Victoria is seeking on-call supply ECEs to support classrooms and maintain high-quality early childhood education for our families. You will document daily activities, collaborate with specialists, and implement an emergent curriculum while fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children.

We are currently looking to hire on call supply ECE's at our Victoria location!

• Maintain documentation, reporting, and record keeping
• Implement an Emergent Curriculum
• Support children’s emotional, physical, or behavioural well; while helping to develop their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills

Specifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels with children, parents, and co-workers.
• Ability to utilize computer systems for all documentation, reporting, and classroom operations

• Ability to take initiative in and out of the classroom
• Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Valid British Columbia ECE License
• Criminal Record Check
• Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR
• Immunizations up to date
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up-to 45 pounds
