As we continue to scale, we are seeking to expand our team with a dynamic Middle Office Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review, triage and process client requests (Transfers, withdrawals etc.) with speed and accuracy
  • Respond to a high volume of requests daily prioritizing according to urgency.
  • Take a proactive approach to client solutions, collaborating effectively with external partners and internal teams to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have a minimum of 1–2 year’s experience within the Canadian stock brokerage industry
  • Knowledge of financial products and procedures, stocks and equity options
  • Good understanding of back office, wealth management operations, financial products and procedures
  • Knowledge and experience of brokerage funding and transfer workflows is an asset, such as interac e-transfers, Bank EFTs, bill payment network, and wire transfers.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the capacity to work independently, along with flexibility and willingness to assist others
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important and time-sensitive tasks
  • Experience with Broadridge Dataphile is an asset
  • Completion of Canadian Securities Course or other investment related courses is an asset
