Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Operations Analyst to help deliver a Low-Income energy program in Ontario. We are a tight-knit team who are multi-talented, hard workers, and passionate about reducing energy consumption. As an operations analyst, you will be responsible for reporting on one of our programs and providing support to staff and managers within other teams working on the same program.

Must be based in Ontario to be considered.

• Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with the terms of our contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation
• Set up dashboards and KPI trackers
• Create dashboards using PowerBI

• Be a strong verbal and written communicator
• Be friendly, a people person who is passionate about the environment
• Be located in Ontario

You will have…

• 2-4 years in an operations-based role
• 0-4 years experience in energy efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience in Power Query and PowerBI considered an asset
• Experience in customer service, data-driven, and highly detail-oriented
• Knowledge in heat pumps and insulation

Compensation Range

$23.40 - $39.00 CAD hourly
