7. 84 hours Bi-weekly (twelve-hour shifts-Pitman Schedule)

What’s involved in this role:

1. Overall support of the production lines to optimize up time

2. Responding to equipment breakdowns/troubleshooting faults

3. Strong troubleshooting skills in an industrial environment

4. Thorough knowledge of instrumentation and control systems

5. Experience working with PLCs and VFDs

6. Operation/maintenance of Ammonia Refrigeration System, Boiler, Air Compressors, HVAC etc.

7. Supporting other maintenance staff/trades as required

8. Completion of planned maintenance during production downtime

9. Use of a CMMS for completing assigned as well as unplanned work

10. Capable of working in a fast-paced team-oriented processing and manufacturing environment working rotating shifts with occasional overtime, weekend work, and on-call duties.

What you need to join our team:

1. Interprovincial Industrial Electrician license – Journeyman status (may consider other licenses based on experience)

2. 2nd Class Refrigeration Plant Operator or 3rd Class Power Engineer considered an asset
