  • Ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Excellent professional communication skills and a history of developing authentic relationships
  • Comfort in a role with major impact opportunities
  • Passion for being “in the trenches” and teaching by example
  • Relentless determination to make things happen
  • Proficient in Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
