Join Our Team as a Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

  1. Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
    Provide regular coaching and training as needed.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    Address customer needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between departments to support customer needs and optimize sales processes.
  4. Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, with at least 1 year preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work from home and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Zoom.
  • Must be a resident of Canada.
