Job Description:

As Administrative Assistant, you will support TD Bank Group executives with administrative and general office tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support ensuring quality service and professionalism
  • Managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
  • Preparing reports, presentations, invoices, and communications accurately and promptly
  • Ensuring optimal customer service and integrity
  • Collecting data, scheduling meetings, managing expenses, and other administrative duties
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Being flexible and a team player, contributing to a positive work environment
  • Supporting multiple Vice Presidents and their teams
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma with over 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Internet applications
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills for interpreting policies and adapting to a fast-changing environment
