Position: Remote - Administrative Assistant (Canada)

Role Summary
You will provide administrative support services to our Pario Quantify team. This is a full-time, remote position requiring availability for a 7.5-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist with billing files within specified time frames, as per account instructions.
  2. Ensure payments are issued accurately and according to account instructions.
  3. Provide assistance to various stakeholders.
  4. Handle tasks for dedicated teams.
  5. Manage correspondence for National Account employees and maintain a catalogue of electronic devices.
  6. Assist with scanning projects for closed files.
  7. Complete data integrity updates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Post-secondary education in administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, specifically in the insurance industry.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Aptitude and ability to learn as required.
