Commercial Credit Adjusters (CCA) is a full-service accounts receivable management solution provider, focused on helping our clients recover past due accounts before they become bad debt. Commercial Credit Adjusters provides solutions to organizations across a wide range of industries including Agriculture, Commercial, Financial, Government, Higher Education, Insurance, Retail, Telecommunications, and Utility. CCA has offices in Winnipeg, Montreal, Edmonton and London, Ontario.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Book Keeper at Commercial Credit Adjusters located in Winnipeg, MB, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Book Keeper, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with financial statement preparation, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, trust account and general ledger maintenance. You will also support the finance team with month-end and year-end close processes, tax compliance, and financial analysis. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bookkeeper with accounting cycle experience is desired
