We are currently accepting applications for part-time and casual/on-call Event Staff to join our growing event team in Victoria.
Shifts are typically in the evenings and on weekends, and would pair well with a full time job to offer some supplemental income. Some of the roles we are looking to fill are:
• Guest Services
• Customer Service Roles
• Event Staff
$19+ per hour
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Our Event Team at event based facilities conduct regular patrols, provide impeccable customer service, and respond to incidents and emergencies as required. Events are a dynamic and fast paced work environment where things are constantly changing, and there are always interesting challenges to solve.
Crowd Control:
• Monitor and manage crowd flow to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
• Assist in directing attendees to their designated areas and seats.
Ticketing and Access Control:
• Verify tickets and credentials at entry points.
• Ensure the smooth entry and exit of attendees.
Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees with inquiries and offering guidance.
• Address and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
• Provide exceptional customer service, with an exceptional smile.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Are eligible to work in Canada.
• Are in need of supplemental income.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills, including working under pressure.

• Flexible availability including weekends and evening shifts.
