What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and execute a successful sales cycle across assigned accounts
- Deliver on assigned volume, profit, and administrative targets for the region or accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities and initiate action plans to increase market share
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
- Provide exceptional customer care by resolving issues and maintaining customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 to 8 years of sales or account management experience with proven results in market expansion
- Experience in the retail, dairy, consumer packaged goods/foods, or related industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and the company's products and applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
