We are looking to expand our Reporting team to support the Sales team. A Reporting Analyst will be instrumental in developing KPI reports, identifying potential growth opportunities, and assisting with sales management processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, or relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret data
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and demonstrate flexibility
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, self-driven, motivated, and curious about the business
• Data visualization experience
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps (considered an asset)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI and Power Query to monitor key KPIs and processes for the Sales team
• Create simple low-code applications using Power Apps
• Enhance reports in Management Reporter
• Implement Microsoft D365 financial insights, including predictive capabilities
• Participate in design sessions and develop reports and visuals to monitor or predict business risks
• Handle special projects and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
