Job Description

We are looking to expand our Reporting team to support the Sales department. A Reporting Analyst will be instrumental in developing KPI reports, identifying potential growth opportunities, and assisting with sales management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI/Power Query to manage key business KPIs and processes for the Sales team
• Create low-code applications (Power Apps)
• Enhance reports in Management Reporter
• Implement Microsoft D365 financial insights, including predictive capabilities
• Participate in design sessions for reports and visuals to monitor or predict business risks
• Handle special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, or relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and data interpretation skills
• Quick learner with flexibility to adapt to change
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication, self-driven, motivated, and curious about the business
• Experience in data visualization
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps is advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
