Job summary

PBS Systems in Calgary, AB, is seeking an E-Learning Product Specialist to shape learning paths for PBS Academy. You will storyboard, write technical docs, and partner with departments to test software and create engaging training for dealers and internal staff.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You’ll manage multiple projects, travel 4–8 weeks per year across the US and Canada, and contribute to certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Customer service and dealership exposure preferred.
• Detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
• Able to travel 4–8 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Proactively research new software releases to update Product Documentation.
• Storyboard engaging course content for the PBS Academy.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.
• Explain complex features in a clear, compelling way.
• Provide product training when needed.
• Collaborate with other PBS departments to create content.
• Develop educational content for internal certifications.
• Support certification presentations (minimum one).
