Job summary

Jobber is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team in Canada. The SDR will be the first touchpoint for potential customers, qualifying leads from trial users and building value to move them to Account Executives.

The role targets over 100 calls per day, collaborates with the AE team, tracks data in Salesforce, and participates in learning opportunities. Compensation includes a base salary of $46,300 CAD plus a $15,000 commission, for a total OTE of $61,300 CAD,

• Previous success in sales, especially in tech or retail.
• Self-starter who dials over 100 calls per day.
• Driven and tenacious with the ability to recover quickly.
• Collaborates effectively with the Sales team.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving, agile environment.
• Strong, confident communicator who listens and understands customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers via phone, text, and email.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to provide the best customer experience and exposure to the Jobber product.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback to grow yourself and those around you.
• Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics.
• Dedicate time to learning opportunities and self-guided work to improve sales skills.
