Job summary

Tourism Whistler in Whistler, BC, is seeking a Coordinator, Sales Operations & Finance to support day-to-day operations of Whistler.com and related processes. The role is based in Whistler with an initial on-site requirement and a later hybrid schedule.

The position reports to the Manager, Sales Operations and offers a starting salary of $50,000–$54,000 with a potential 5% incentive bonus and a nine-day fortnight, plus three weeks of vacation and a hybrid work arrangement after training.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective problem solving and ability to identify issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, building relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as Tourism Whistler ambassador with passion, energy, achievement and respect.
• Support setup and fulfillment of products/offers on Whistler.com and call centre.
• Maintain product info, pricing, inventory in systems and extranets.
• Conduct inventory, website functionality, and rate parity audits for accuracy.
• Process online bookings and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, credits, refunds, and daily cash.
• Collaborate with Accountant to resolve payment issues and settings.
• Complete daily/monthly administrative duties across Sales Operations and Finance.
