- Full-time, year-round position based in Whistler.
- Competitive wage $26.50–$28.50 per hour.
- A varied week: 2–3 days in the office coordinating operations, with the rest spent supporting our Property Services or Guest Services teams, based on business needs and your interests.
- Ski pass or annual lifestyle spending allowance for recreational activities.
- Extended health benefits (after 12 months).
- Regular staff events and socials.
- Flexible scheduling to enjoy the Whistler lifestyle.
- Discounts on local experiences and activities.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the link between our office and our homes, making sure every property is ready, every issue is followed through, and every team knows what’s next.
Operations Coordination
- Support the Operations Manager and field teams with daily coordination and administration.
- Schedule housekeeping, inspections, maintenance, and contractor work.
- Track maintenance issues, incidents, and property requests through to resolution.
- Prepare daily reports on property readiness and outstanding work orders.
- Monitor inventory of guest amenities, supplies, and maintenance stock, and coordinate reorders.
- Keep property records, documentation, and systems accurate and up to date.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries, keeping departments aligned on priorities.
- Support seasonal initiatives and operational projects.
In the Field
- Inspect homes to confirm they’re guest-ready, report maintenance issues, and complete light housekeeping touch-ups.
- Make deliveries to properties for guests, owners, inspectors, and housekeeping teams.
Guest Communications
- Respond to in-house guests by phone, email, and messaging, following requests and service issues through to resolution.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Property Services to action guest needs.

- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a habit of owning tasks through to completion.
- A collaborative style that builds strong relationships across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (we are unable to assist with work permits).
- Living in, or relocating to, Whistler before your start date.
Nice to Have
- Hospitality or vacation rental experience.
- Experience with property management or operations platforms.
- Familiarity with Whistler.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is quiet but unmistakable. Homes are ready before guests arrive, work orders don’t slip through the cracks, and the field team starts each day knowing exactly where they need to be. Guests feel looked after because their requests are handled quickly and seen through, and colleagues across Property Services, Guest Services, and Maintenance come to rely on you as the person who knows what’s happening and makes sure it gets done. Over time, you’ll know our homes, standards, and systems inside out, and you’ll help raise them.
