Tourism Whistler is seeking a Travel Consultant based in Whistler, BC. The role starts on-site with a potential hybrid schedule after training. You will sell Whistler vacation packages via online chat, email and phone, and cultivate relationships with our guest database to drive sales.

Weekend coverage is required. The organization prioritizes work‑life balance and a supportive, collaborative culture with meaningful benefits and a hybrid approach after probation.

Formación

• Excellent knowledge of Whistler and local area.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication for calls, chat and email.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Proficient with MS Office and cloud-based tools.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Whistler vacation packages including accommodations, activities and transport via online chat, email and phone.
• Build relationships with a customer database and maintain high service levels.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guests, vendors and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and pursue sales leads from online chats.
