Job summary

National Engineered Fasteners Inc. in Breslau, ON is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support quoting and inside sales.

You will review quote requirements, coordinate with suppliers for pricing and lead times, and prepare quotation worksheets to assist our sales teams. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in quoting or inside sales, a Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration, CRM experience, and strong Excel/Smartsheet/Adobe skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in quoting or inside sales.
• Post-Secondary Diploma in Business Administration.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong working knowledge within Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Smartsheet.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Review quote requirements from customers.
• Work with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times for quote packages.
• Completing quotation worksheets.
• Support Business Development Managers, Sales Managers and Account Managers as required.
• Entry and Maintenance of CRM System.
• Liaise with Internal teams to support Quoting activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
