DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to Sales/customer queries related to product quotes
• Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing customers
• Coordinate with other departments, particularly Sales Representatives and Project Managers for quotation inquiries
• Review the quotes for errors or missed items
• Prepares budgetary quotations by CAD drawings for various medical products
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Providing supporting documentation for RFP process
• Other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
