Qualifications

• Education: No formal education required.
• Experience: Culinary training or relevant experience is a plus.

• Shifts: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
• Authorization: Authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dishwashing, cleaning surfaces, and equipment.
• Sanitation: Follow proper food handling and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to meet the demands of service and contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere.
• Flexibility: Adapt to changes in kitchen procedures and duties as directed by the kitchen manager.
• Food Preparation Assistance: Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Inventory Management: Help in keeping track of food supplies and informing the kitchen staff of low stock.
• Meal Service Support: Assist in plating and garnishing dishes, ensuring they meet presentation standards.
