Job summary

  • Supervise food production, presentation, and adherence to restaurant standards.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and direction to kitchen staff.
  • Set production goals and expectations for kitchen staff.
  • Ensure quality and timelines are consistently met in all kitchen stations.
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and policy compliance.
  • Oversee personnel policies and administer corrective action when needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As the culinary visionary, you will be responsible for shaping our restaurant's culinary direction, creating innovative menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of high-production kitchen experience; Executive Chef experience preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Skilled in International cuisine.
  • Red Seal or equivalent certification required.
  • Valid Food Safety Certification
  • Authorized to work in Canada.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience.

Schedule
