Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years in related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Use dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses and flatware.
• Place dishes in storage areas.
• Sanitize and wash dishes by hand.
• Package take-out food.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• Take customer orders.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen and work surfaces.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers and storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits.
