Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Event planning experience is an asset.
• Must be available to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless event service from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Support Event Sales Managers with contract negotiations and inquiries.
• Coordinate banquet food, beverage and setup requirements for events.
• Translate client needs into detailed menus, agendas and service plans.
• Arrange hospitality amenities and VIP requests for events.
• Review event contracts and communicate requirements to hotel teams.
• Coordinate pre-, during-, and post-event communications for high service levels.
• Support and host site inspections and participate in event meetings.
