Hyatt Regency Vancouver is seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join the Events Team asEvent Sales Coordinator for a three-month temporary term . This role supports the successful delivery of high-quality meetings and events while creating exceptional experience for clients and guests.
The Event Sales Coordinator plays a key role in delivering seamless events from initial planning through post-event follow-up. Working closely with Event Sales Managers, this position supports contract negotiations and account servicing while coordinating banquet food, beverage and setup requirements, menu planning, agendas, hotel meeting services, hospitality amenities, VIP requests and small bookings. The role also includes contract review, cross-functional communication with hotel teams, site inspections, and participation in or leadership of event and staff meetings to ensure exceptional service and successful event execution.
