Job summary

Emterra Group is seeking an energetic DZ driver to join our team in Bracebridge, ON. Operate recycling collection vehicle, load materials, and provide friendly customer service while following safety policies.

This full-time, permanent role offers competitive wages and a health benefits package. Applicants must have Ontario DZ licence, clean CVOR, and be able to lift 50 lbs; pre-employment drug/alcohol testing is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario DZ licence with a clean CVOR.
• Minimum one year DZ driving experience or AZ MELT graduate from an accredited driving school.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required.
• Criminal background check required.
• Punctual, reliable, team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate recycling collection vehicle.
• Load curbside materials into the truck.
• Observe safe work practices.
• Provide excellent customer service in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure assigned routes are completed safely and on time.
• Conduct pre and post trip inspections and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.

Job Duties:

• Operate recycling collection vehicle;


• Load curbside materials into the truck;


• Observe safe work practices;


• Provide excellent customer service in accordance with company policies;


• Ensure assigned routes are successfully completed in a timely and safe manner;


• Conduct pre and post trip inspections and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.

Requirements:
