Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related work experience in customer service or order desk
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and documentation
• Basic technical understanding of drive automation or industrial products (a plus)

Responsibilities

• Review customer inquiries, RFQs, and purchase orders for completeness and accuracy
• Process sales orders, change notices, returns, and confirmations using ERP and CRM systems
• Maintain electronic records, order files, and quotation documents
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Provide customer service on order status, inventory, shipping, and pricing
• Assist clients with product selection and tailored price quotations
• Support reception and general administrative inquiries as needed
