Job summary

The Econo-Rack Group 2015 Inc. in Delta, BC is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to achieve sales targets by identifying and satisfying customer requirements with Konstant products and solutions.

You will be the first line of contact with new and existing customers, building long-term relationships through a positive customer experience while coordinating with our manufacturing plant, engineers, designers, installers and customers to meet timelines and expectations.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education is preferred.
• Experience working on a national level and managing multiple locations is an asset.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving with a consultative sales approach.
• Must be results-oriented and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative prospecting strategies to secure new customers and revenue opportunities.
• Consult with potential/existing customers to provide innovative products and solutions that satisfy business requirements.
• Develop clear and effective presentations and proposals.
• Provide management with oral and written reports as required.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product applications, market conditions and competitive activities.
• Identify and present product advantages and company value add to help achieve sales targets.
• Plan and organize personal sales strategy through effective time management.
• Coordinate with manufacturing plant, engineers, designers, installers and customers to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
• When required, engage with Regional Sales reps to help support local opportunities.
