Job summary

Moorelands Kids in Toronto is seeking a Database and Stewardship Coordinator for a full-time contract, onsite four days a week. You will manage donor and participant data, maintain the donor database, ensure data accuracy, and generate regular fundraising reports, while processing donations and issuing tax receipts.

You will collaborate with fundraising, finance, and program teams to improve data-driven decision-making, support stewardship plans, prepare mailing lists and acknowledgments, and

Qualifications

• Experience in the not-for-profit sector or charitable sector.
• Proficient data analysis and ability to compile reports.
• Knowledge of donor management systems such as Raiser's Edge or DonorPerfect.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor and participant data and maintain the donor database.
• Process donations, issue tax receipts, and reconcile data with accounting records.
• Generate regular fundraising and program reports for teams.
• Support stewardship plans and targeted communications and campaigns.
