Mission Possible is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to strengthen donor relationships and stewardship processes. You will work with the Manager of Development to ensure consistent, personalized donor engagement and effective communications that showcase our impact.

The role emphasizes organizing donor touchpoints, tracking activities in the CRM, and supporting events and outreach. Hybrid work is available in Vancouver with a permanent, full-time schedule.

Formación

• Experience in donor relations or fundraising preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate donor records and timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate donor acknowledgment and stewardship activities.
• Maintain donor touchpoint tracking and CRM documentation.
• Support event-related donor activities and communications.
• Assist with managing donor inquiries and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Development and Communications teams.
