Job summary

Summit Search Group represents a leading medical technologies company seeking a District Sales Manager in Vancouver. You will lead capital equipment sales and coach a team of Territory Managers and ASRs while maintaining hands-on involvement with key accounts.

You will own the district strategy, forecast, and revenue, engaging physicians across plastic surgery, dermatology, OB/GYN, and ENT, and partnering with marketing and education teams to drive device adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales leadership with capital equipment.
• Demonstrated success coaching a sales team to quota attainment.
• Strong relationships with physicians and clinical stakeholders.
• Experience closing six-figure+ deals with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead district sales team and drive revenue to quotas.
• Coach Territory Managers and ASRs; conduct pipeline reviews.
• Engage key physician accounts (plastic surgeons, dermatologists, OB/GYNs, ENTs).
• Own district P&L and sales strategy from pipeline to revenue.
• Collaborate with clinical education, marketing, and support teams.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy and CRM data; report performance.
