Job summary

ADLI Logistics in Brampton, ON is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our fast-paced 3PL team. This full-time role monitors shipments, communicates with customers and warehouse staff, and ensures accurate billing through the TMS.

You will negotiate rates with carriers, track load status, and provide clear updates. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in transportation, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP/TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and tracing shipments and updating customers.

• Assist customers and third parties with inquiries and resolutions.
• Procure and negotiate rates with carriers.
• Obtain carrier packages and insurance/wsib.

Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Salary range: $50,000-$55,000Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

What you'll be doing:

• Tracking & Tracing, monitoring shipments and relaying status to customers
• Communicating with Customer Service Representatives and warehouse operations for order completion
• Updating TMS with accessorial charges and ensuring the load is complete and accurate for billing
• Assisting customers and other third parties with inquiries and problem resolution, escalating when required
• Procuring and negotiating rates with carriers
• Obtaining carrier packages and insurance/wsib/etc.

• Performing other duties and projects as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of transportation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational,time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of North American Geography
• Capable of communicating effectively in a concise, professional manner
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook
• Proficiency in ERP/TMS software
