Groupe Touchette in Mississauga is seeking a Dispatcher to plan delivery routes, generate picking orders, and organize loading sequences for delivery trucks. You will prepare documentation for routes and provide instructions to drivers.
You will track shipment status, communicate with customer service, and support drivers on the road. The role requires familiarity with Office tools and regional road networks, with 3–5 years in dispatching.

The Dispatcher plans the delivery routes, establishes the picking orders and organizes the sequence of loading for the delivery trucks. He/She prepares the necessary documentation for the different routes and gives specific instructions for the drivers. He/She keeps track of the status of shipments and communicates with the service department customers.
